The practice sits on the corner of Olive Avenue and Myers Street, and it has its own parking lot off Myers Street. Park there rather than circling Olive.

Patient forms are done online now. You will be given a link 24 hours before your appointment to fill out your forms, so there is nothing to print and nothing to fill in at the door.
Which appointments can be booked online
Routine appointments can be booked online at any hour. Medical appointments and contact lens checks are booked by phone. That is the practice's own rule, published in their own words on their own booking page.
Dry eye consultations, myopia control, scleral lens fittings and keratoconus care all fall under that second group. Call and say what is going on and the office will place you correctly.
